Why Atheism is the Best Theism

As a kid, I was awestruck by atheists' ability of not giving a damn to God. While the whole world is running to Churches, temples or mosques, an atheist is not at all bothered about pleasing God. Just think how easy and effortless life becomes when there are no boundaries to what can think, when you are not fed with the junk idea of a creator sitting at the top waiting to be flattered by your prayers and when there is no authority who commands you to do something and exploit you.

Before I start my commentary, I'd like to characterize atheists into two domains-

1. those who don't believe in God and condemn everyone else who does, and
2. those who neither believe in God nor are they concerned about what anyone believes. They are content with their own life and do not bother to interfere with others' enquiry

The first kind, according to me is the frustrated lot-those who are in complete denial of everything and have no sensitivity towards others' feelings. They just want to feel superior by criticizing everyone who believes in God. Most of the time, such people are quite dry and materialistic in their approach to life. For them, anything that is not perceptible to the senses does not exist. Ha, based on this logic there is no mind, no emotions, no qualia. I have only one word for such folks-Fuck you _|_

The second kind are the ones who have seen life in its deepest dimensions- they have gone through all the ups and downs of life, they've experienced highest pains and pleasures and have ultimately come to the conclusion that the world is nothing-it's just a dream.Life is one big joke and it's foolish idea to take it so seriously.

I like the second kind out of my personal biases. I feel such atheists are more complete and have a broader perspective towards life.

Now I come to the main point-Why atheism is the best theism and would be most beneficial for humanity in the future?

I think that irrational belief is the root cause of all conflicts. If we look at different religions of the world, we find that each one has a different form God and has a different, rigid path to realization of God. So when two groups are fighting, it's not a war between those groups, rather a war between two different belief systems.

So what would happen if we deracinate the root of all the religions-the belief systems they propagate?

I think, then man would for the first time be free-free from the nonsense religion feeds him with, free from the authority that commands him to do this and not that and free from thousands of obligations.
Then reason and rationality would take birth. For the first time, people would start using their common sense which has become quite uncommon off late. Children would be shining with curiosity and adults would be engrossed in the wonder of life because of the ongoing enquiry-the dawning spirit of rationality and logic. Everyone would have the freedom to find their own answers and no authority would command them to believe some rubbish.

With the advent of such renaissance, most of the societal problems would vanish- the theory of separate nations, separate states, separate classes, castes, sects, creeds, races etc. People would be more open-minded and would think things through. There would be minimum number of religious crimes because everyone is free to think (in fact, Right to Think Freely would be a part of Directive Principles of State Policy). This would be a utopian world in true sense of the word.

Here is a a small video explicating the true essence of Atheism
